Returns & Exchanges

At Obvi, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original packaging or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags are present, and attach the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and hold onto your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
